Varden & Lei'ella

Varden and Lei'ella went to Muirfold, where Varden worked on teaching Lei'ella how to be a thief; her senses proved to be extremely useful in avoiding the guards and residents of the manor houses they infiltrated. Lei'ella mostly did it to humor Varden; spending most of these few years trying to convince him to give it up.

Eventually, after a too-close-for-comfort brush with death, Varden dedicated more time to locating his father's ship, which they eventually found (and stole). They were married at sea soon after.

They spent the next twenty or so years in honest trade (with a little smuggling on the side), helping to re-establish trade routes overseas. Their travels also lead them to discover a small island home to a healthy population of da'kor, and eventually helped to relocate the remaining da'kor from their country to the island free of human interference.

The two of them kept in touch with both Neirenn and Kayn'dar, although Neirenn became so dedicated to her magic that she became distant in later years.

They had three children, two girls and a boy.
